Carried On the Wings...
If you see a great photo that would make a perfect entry for one of our Shoot Out photo contests but it was uploaded by another user, now you can enter that photo in the contest and, if it wins, you get to share in the contest winnings.
Like a photo editor, if you've got an eye for great work, find it and submit it to a contest. If it wins, since you staked the entry fee, you'll take home part of the prize (the rest, of course, goes to the member who shot the image).

And it shall come to pass, as soon as I am gone from thee, that the Spirit of the Lord shall carry thee..I kings 18:12
I shot this so quickly just walking out the door of our house late this afternoon that I did not take time to zoom in tighter with my lens of these three crows flying overhead... To my dismay I saw it was on the 55 mm focal length. I cropped it as much I could afterward.
More than likely it was the angle of how I shot the picture but through the alignment it looked like one crow was carrying the other crow on its wings. I decided not to delete it because I saw it in terms of symbolism. It is as though one crow was carrying the burdens of the crow on top and giving it strength as they traveled together on their journey...Many prayers are for the disaster victims who are suffering so much loss and devastation.
