There have been so many wonderful tributes to the Japanese on JPG. Christa's got me to thinking about a shot I'd taken once. Though the news out of Japan remains grave this to shall pass and in time Japan shall Rise again from the depths of its suffering. Until then the world will continue to respond to the needs of its people.

You managed to get down the words I could not. But they were not needed...your picture already spoke them all.

Fantastic macro, i love the effects and colors....right up my alley....You are so correct, to see the patience of the japanese people in such a time is heartening to say the least, no looting or riots, just those helping otheres, in the shelters, the young caring for the aged and sick, everyone chipping in...the japanese people are exhibiting a demeanor we should all take note of and try to emulate. GREAT tribute...THANK YOU....to borrow a saying form yourself...ROCKIN THE JPG THEME PART MOST EXCELLENTLY......

The Japanese people is one of the strongest and most durable in the world and will know how to recover it ever happened, within a reasonably short. Origami is a symbol of skill and infinite patience. We all think we are close to them in the latter are forced to endure suffering.
