Q: How do I download my original images?

A: Do you know?

this is a diecast miniature replica of my 67 dodge called "dusty" from the disney pixar series. I bought it on ebay and stripped the paint off and the bare metal is exactly the color of my own dodge van.

see pic:

"dusty" is the same model but not year, and this is an A100. mine is a 1967 A108 and I have a vista fiberglass fixed camping roof on mine.

please note if you decide to customize a metal miniature of your own vehicle, paint stripper will melt rubber wheels. now I need to hammer dimes and make hubcaps.

maybe I've been viewing too many littlefield pics eh?

LOL!! I will keep that in mind if I strip any toy cars. But then again, they are usually all plastic now. Tonka trucks are not the same either. I must find a picture of my vw bug for you.

Never!!!! LOL I can't wait to see the end result. I believe I saw a photo of your van posted by the traveling Mr. Knight when he stopped there for a visit. You, my dear, are an enigma....and I mean that in the best possible way!

my van has gotten the best of me andsits in my driveway with a gas guzzlin smirk on it's bumper....but not running anywhere.

at least this little one I can play with - hope my van gets jealous.

    I refuse to give up.

I think the two vans would make a great diptych.
