The number is still 5 but mostly everything else has changed. Even the jingle is different given the different alloy and thickness.

But mostly India has changed. It used to be a big deal you made for 5 Rupees. Now it looks golden but it is not gold anymore.

You can get a cup of chai, a cheap 'school pen', ride for an hour on a government bus or buy a personal sized biscuit pack.
