yes my friend in many of our states like Tripura and Orissa we have such uniform... Recently I had been to Northeast India where I found the saree uniform among Tripura college girls. They were looking so beautiful in Saree, I think this is good as it is our culture...Thanks for your comments!!!

This is a great candid shot, Saroj!! After observing how smartly dressed they were, I noticed...No Cellphones!! In the US, many of them would have been holding cellphones!

Don!!! your observation very perfect. In school and colleges cellphone use is prohibited though India's mobile phone users grow to 729.57 million by January 2011. This is not a good sign according to many!!!
