Q: My sister in-law recently gave me a Canon EOS 10D digital camera body. Having only used point and shoot cameras, what would be a good beginners lens to get for this camera? Should I get kit lens to start with?

A: Do you know?

Thanks for the great comments everyone. @Jen. . . Not HDR. Single image shot with a Nikon D700 with a 24-70mm f/2.8 Nikkor lens. Post processed in CS5 and Topaz Labs. Added texture for depth. Thanks again everyone.
