Local RacCoon Patrol of the Local CIA of the County. This does include the township of Possum Hollow. See's All, Knows All and tells no one. He sat there for a long time but spent most of his time watching the street. Two of his friends were below, having dinner. Be ever vigilant, as in these times- there are spies in the most unusual places.
