O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together...Psalms 34:3
Let us exalt the Lord together
Thru' the birds of each feather.
May they fly high to magnify,
In nature, to praise His majesty...
The Rose breasted Grosbeak
Shall of itself speak
Of the creator in the sky...
Poetry by me, AJP
I decided to do a macro head and shoulder shot of the male Rose Breasted Grosbeak ..The Grosbeaks arrived this season around the same time as the Orioles, the Indigo Buntings and the Hummingbirds..I love to see these pretty migrating birds as they bring such color.

You really nailed this one, Andrea. What a gorgeous bird. His colors are so brilliant, and I love that you can even see the expression in his eye!! Very beautiful, and very nicely composed!!!

Thank you all...In the bigger version of the picture, Gloria it looks like the pupil
in its eye...The grosbeaks have very large eyes and pupils. However it is
reflecting the white siding on the house. -
