That Brad makes...
And is about to turn,
For this photo take...
Does not burn
Nor are they brittle....
But are done to perfection
Under Brad's inspection,
Served hot on the griddle...

I shot this picture two years ago at a trout festival and the fellow here was preparing a blueberry pancake breakfast...It was yummy!

Thanks everyone for your comments. Chris, you were wondering if Brad is still open for business...He only does this once a year for the trout festival in the little town where he and his wife reside. His wife used to operate the cafe in their town and he jokingly told me at that time to tell her that he made better pancakes than she did...t compromised and said they both made great pancakes which was the truth.....Yes, indeed, Sarah, Brad is the pancake king ...He served several people that day who came for the festival.
