The Houston Zoo has had this colorful and fun drinking fountain in the park for the many years that we have been going to it. Our kids loved getting a drink from this fountain. As you can see by the scuff marks below on the paws, many children are still enjoying the unique water drinking fountain : )

    I'm with Chris on this (and the rest as well). I'm glad to see fun and whimsical things have not been outlawed there. In a local town around here (I won't mention the name of Corvallis), there would be protesters saying that it might frighten the children, teach them bad or dangerous things, ad nauseum.
