The habits that hold us.
Fighting to quit.
Seems such a small problem compared to the world, yet I still hold on.
Why?
Thanks for the spotlight and support Fiona!

That is my brand. I hate that something has that much power of me but quitting smoking is so very hard. I wish you lots of luck

Very powerful. Focal point is fantastic, the gritty feel of the photo is fantastic, and the concept is one near and dear to the hearts of so many.

Great shot. Really gets across how dirty smoking is. I quit 16 years ago; best thing I ever did for myself. Good luck, hang in there, and substitute something oral (hard candy and coffee worked for me). Stay strong!

Robin, sometimes we as humans are held prisoners by addictions that can cause great pain and suffering in later life ...I have had relatives and friends in their older years suffer and die from lung cancer caused by smoking and I admire you for trying to quit while you are still young. God bless you and I really do hope you'll break the smoking habit ... just the fact that you say you are fighting to quit will give you the strength needed to succeed in your mission..
