A dandelion field stretches to the bay in Bristol, RI.
I love dandelions and remember picking them for an elderly neighbor who made dandelion wine. Anyone ever heard of that?

Never made dandelion wine, but rhubarb wine is an old favorite at home.

Turpentine, dandelion wine, turned the corner and I'm feelin' fine....that's all I can remember of the lyrics, and I've never tasted the wine, but I've definitely heard of it. Nice capture, but I spend SO many hours digging them up in the yard I kind of hate to see so many in one place!

This is so very pretty Nancy!! I have never heard of dandelion wine which is sad since I probably have enough of them to start a brewery. LOL!!! Again, this is an incredible scenic.

Susan hates my yard!! ;-) Great shot in any case. Yes, have heard of dandelion wine, and have had a 'sip or two from time to time' in years past. Our neighbor used to make it, and I supplied all the dandelions they needed.

I HAVE heard of it...never tasted it though. I remember the dandelion fields in New England. They were so bright a pretty in the Spring. This image is like one I remember! Beautiful capture, Nancy!
