There are no words to describe the total devastation in Joplin Mo. aftermath of a 3 vortex tornado. When I looked upon the vastness of destruction, I wondered how these people had manage to live through this. But I heard no cries of despair, I heard hope, and I heard determination, and I will be forever changed from my experience there, working side by side to help them recover what ever they could of their precious memories! When I watched the news the day it hit, I got in my pick-up and drove 10 hours to get there, worked non stop almost for two weeks, if I would have had the strength would have stayed longer... they needed the help

A powerful image for sure. I lived very close to an F4 tornado in 1974. It's a memory that never leaves you.
