I captured this spider and put it in a foam cup that happened to be nearby, then covered it with plastic wrap to keep him contained. I used a 100mm macro lens to photograph him through the plastic. The blurry spots are the irregular spots on the plastic.
Those blue fangs really surprised me and left me freaked out a bit. The spider was less than a quarter inch in size, pretty small. You can see two of his eyes barely above the fangs, reflecting blue.

I would freak too, I keep killing them, although I took a master shot out of one.
