I finally bought a seperate off-board flash with a softbox a while ago. One of things I've wanted to do for a while is do a full on fashion shoot, but that required a more controlled source of light and a willing and cooperative model. I'll be shooting "Nena's" Quinceanera, a Hispanic religious coming of age party (at 15 years old), in a couple weeks. I invited Nena to be my guinea pig for my experiments. This shot, a simple outside shot, was my last shot of the day and probably my favorite. I still have a ways to go, but I think I'm on my way.
