How much is an entry worth? I entered a photo in JPG's "Beginnings" for the $2 fee, I entered a photo in JPG's "May You Live In Interesting Times" for the $1 fee, and I entered a photo in JPG's "Where in the World" for the $5 fee, but I didn't bother entering this pic in JPG's "Best of" for the $10 fee because I just can't see wasting $10s on one of my pics for "Best of". This pic isn't my best ever, or my best of the year, or my best of that day...it was however the best one that I took through the salt spray on the rear window of the car as the wind howled outside.

Fees, Fees, Fees, and more fees. JPG is a great site but their fees are a joke at times. $19.00 for 25 Spotlights I pay less for a month’s subscription on WoW. Great image, John.

The sea spray made a great filter to give just the right blur to this fabulous capture. The lighting and aqueous tones are superb. So is the minimal seascape. The figures give it perspective and life. It COULD win, but I think $10 to enter anything is ridiculous. LOL!

ha, love this, John. maybe they will have a contest for "he best one that I took through the salt spray on the rear window of the car as the wind howled outside." I don't think I'll enter anything again. I really find the voting part of it cumbersome. It would be much easier if you could page thru the thumbnails and pick and vote for what you like, instead of having to click thru every single shot.
