They are the members of women self help groups. They have come to attend one of the training programme, where we teach them how to raise ornamental fish in rural areas. Very often we go to their village for their livelihood development by providing them our technology like Aquaculture, Poultry, Horticulture etc. In this project we have to provide Sustanable livelihood to 3000 farm families in the rural areas . We are in halfway of the project.
This shot is dedicated to my dear friend Patty Gross for her spotlight.!!!Thanks Patty!!!

I cannot tell you how happy it makes to me learn of your efforts to help those less fortunate. They are wonderful, beautiful human beings, and deserve assistance from those in positions to provide it to them. You are to be applauded, Saroj, for offering education and an opportunity to become self-sufficient.....without your help, and the help of your peers, I fear they would have a much harder life than anyone should endure. Bravo, this is magnficant!!!! Such beautiful people, so willling to learn new techniques!!!!!!
