I like the colors and composition. The natural light coming from the left of the photo adds just enough brightness to illuminate the steam from the pot. The red gloves of the "chef" draws my eyes to the subject. The fact that "he" has "his" head bowed adds to the mystery of the capture. I think the image would be even more appealing if the white cup was not present. Great job...

Stunning light, color, and composition....love the complete value range (from bright white to deep black), the colors muted by vapor, the clarity and hue intensity of the three primaries colors on the right, the visual weight and solid but relaxed stance of the figure (clad in those colors) that seems to anchor the composition.
