There's not much going on in downtown Wilmington, NC early on a Saturday morning. Among the few people out was this homeless man doing gymnastic bar work on the boardwalk railings. I hadn't planned on asking for his picture, but when he went into this pose I had to ask. When I commented on the difficulty of that pose he said it was nothing special. "There's nothing I'm doing here that you can't do." His focus and concentration during it all was striking.
