We rode out to the beach last Saturday. It felt good to be so alive again.

Excellent shot and reflecton of the driftwood in the water. My late uncle used to collect small driftwood, primarily for their formations ... I remember he had a table in his basement filled with them...It brings back a memory when he was interviewed on a TV newscast for his extensive collection.

The feeling of renewal is never greater than when sitting on the sand listening to the waves break in a neverending pattern. So glad you got the opportunity!! Beautiful capture.

This is a beautiful shot of a piece of driftwood with the great shadow. I love driftwood, I got a nice piece of it after the hurricane Ike up on the shores of Lake Houston. I put it in my garden and really enjoyed it until it rotted and fell apart - bummer!

This looks like the head of an animal.. so beautiful. I collect driftwood when I get the chance and use it for garden decor, too. Great capture!!

I so agree with Susan. I feel the most alive and creative by the sea. This looks like a prehistoric sea creature. Love it, my friend.

Do u know these drift woods add beauty to aquarium where useful bacteria grows for the healthy life of fishes. Whenever I go to beaches I collect these woods and place it suitably in the large aquarium.Nice shot!!!
