20-Year-Old Photographer's Serene and Haunting...

I wanted to create something that showed a little of what my husband is about. During the day he does heating and air installation and service. It is hard work. I know because I have helped him out on many jobs. Try crawling around in an attic when the heat index is 110. There have been days that I thought I would have to crawl up and pull him out of there. Try spending the day crawling around under a wet house when it is freezing out. His knees are blown out. He messed up his back years ago lifting air units into attics when his helper didn't bother to come in. He works very hard.
But there is another side to my husband and it is full of music. You name a song and he can tell you who wrote it, when the album came out and who played on it. Then, he can play it for you and more often than not can do it better than the original artist did. He can play the guitar, the mandolin, the drums, the keyboards, the banjo, and the harmonica. He can sing like an angel. He loves all types of music and plays them all well. Classical, country, the blues, rock....
If only he knew how good he really is...
This is a merge of three images. I took one of him leaning on a porch post in Texas, one of my music sheets, ( I play but need sheet music since I can't play by ear) and one of my guitar.

This is a beautiful piece of photography art, Regenia. I found what you wrote about Shane to be awesome, caring and touching. I agree with Judy, this would make an excellent CD cover and it would be awesome to put this cover on a CD with his music : ). I'd buy a CD if he ever put one out - lol.
