I was trying to capture pictures of a hummingbird moth while my food was on the grill this evening. The moth flew away, so I decided to take a shot of our dinner: Bratwurst, roasted spaghetti squash*, roasted broccoli (along with salad and homemade bread indoors).
*After a recent experience with an exploding spaghetti squash in the microwave, we decided to split it open and roast it on the grill. For the record, it worked very well!

Must be a day for grilled bratwurst. We had that along with cantelope at our house. Will have to try squash on the grill.

Mmmmm, now that really sounds good, Don. I have never cooked spaghetti squash on the grill, as I have been baking it in the oven. But I will try this as it looks marvelous!! You captured the meal so beautiful....makes my mouth water. :)

Hahaha....you guys! YuMMO! That is an enticing image Don.......here's us hunkering down inside at twlight as the temp hovers around 5! We have never tried squash on BBQ....what a great idea. gotta get the veggies in.
