Public Notice 3 is an LED art installation in the stairs of the main building of the Art Institute in Chicago, IL. The artist, Jitish Kallatt, uses the words of a speech given on September 11, 1893 on religious tolerance with the acts of September 11, 2001. The webpage at the Art Institute, which I have linked below, tells this far better than I can.

I hope this is thought provoking for all -- humans have a long way to go to true tolerance for the differences between peoples. Thanks for stoppin by.
