While photographing the beautiful lighthouse at Tybee Island, GA, there was a heavy thunderstorm brewing and moving in from the West. I thought the dark gray skies made a perfect backdrop for the golden sea oats.

The sun tipped grasses make a wonderful barrier between the storm and the sun. Can hear the gulls wheeling and crying above the 'toy' lighthouse.

I find that stormy weather produces some great lighting.and this is beautiful.how the sun is lighting the grass.in contrast to the dark sky.
