Recently I embarked upon a short road trip to Iowa and one day ended up strolling around downtown Sioux City looking for things to photograph I stopped to take this shot of a fairly quiet street during a light rain a half hour or so after rush hour.
It was rather strange as there were not many natives about, then I realized it was labor day weekend although it was only Friday.
On the left is the Hall of Justice with what I dubbed Little Ben on the next block also on the left.
Several blocks down one can find the legendary Palmer candy company and in the vicinity kind of, one can also find the Sue Bee honey company.

It does look somewhat lonely! And why on earth are you on this street, rather than on the street with the Sue Bee Honey company?!?!?!?!?
