For He hath looked down from the height of his sanctuary...from heaven did the Lord behold the earth. Psalms 102 :19
Today is another cloudy and over cast day...It was quite dark when I shot this picture that early in the morning but the sunflowers gave me some light with their cheery faces:)
Will we get the sun today?
The tall sunflower turned its face
Then said "the sky looks gray,
From where I stand on this place."
"I would tell ye if I could see,
O'er the trunk of the willow tree..."

The days are getting shorter. When I woke up at about 7:30 this morning it was darker than usual and of course it is getting dark earlier also. The sunflowers are beautiful and show up very well in the darker morning light.

I love the expression on your face....as delightful as the photo itself!! I used to get the newspaper at 5:30 and never turned on a light. Now I'm turning on lights at 6:30!!

Even though you had overcast skies, those gorgeous sunflowers really lit the place up!
