Q: I am really into my wildlife photography but cannot afford a super zoom lens, I have a 300mm and am considering a teleconvertor. Has anybody had a experience with these and would you recommend them?

A: Do you know?

Professional middleweight Jose Medina is on the receiving end of a devastating right cross from his opponent, Anibel Acevedo during the 10 Annual Fight To Educate boxing event in Manchester, NH on September 21, 2011.

Medina would go on to win the bout, though, by retirement when Acevedo did not answer the bell at the start of the 3rd round.

Yes! Another great one Jeremy! Caught the distortion on his face which only a still photograph can do. I shot sports professionally for many years and boxing is definitely THE most difficult to shoot. The punches come so fast and without warning that, even with a motor drive shots like this are so difficult to capture. Think I only did it once when working for the Toronto Star. Don't have the print...wish I did!
