As this starling is the prettiest, it has to be the male! There was a plain black one sitting to its left, both with their back turned to each other. He was getting an earful from his wife methinks, but was totally ignoring her. Then he had enough and flew away leaving the Mrs alone, again!
Duh, shows how much I know about birds! Don I adhere to your superior knowledge.....of course it's a starling.!!
