On our trip to Jacksonville, FL - we decided to take a flight from Norfolk because it was direct. Upon our early return today, we had time to walk around the Harbor Park.
I can't say the flight was all that great and we will make the drive there 'just for a direct flight' again, but hanging out in Norfolk was well worth the visit.
I can so see us taking a 'get-a-way' week-end to Norfolk just to see more.

I used to visit Norfolk when I was a kid. My adopted father's sister lived there and her husband was in the Navy. I do love all things sailboat. Great shot.
