Nice! Great to see the old mills being preserved. As I child I went with my uncle to get corn ground for meal at Nora Mills in Helen GA,. As I recall the mill kept half the meal for grinding. Stone ground corn meal is truely much tastier than what you find in the store. Nora Mills is still operating today and I always stop and buy some meal and grits when I pass through there.
