I walked by this creepy kid on a regular basis when I was staying in Toronto. He stood guard in a tailor's window warding off anyone who thinks that vacant, eerily pleasant looking bald children wearing toupees are offsetting. I do, but one brave night I got near enough to snap this shot and run away in terror. The Omen, Malechai from Children of the Corn and this kid should start a boy band or something.
