A female pine grosbeak poses on a tamarak in our yard. This particular bird is quite tame, but they all have become much more tame since they arrived about three weeks ago. We now have a group of about 20 of these birds coming to our feeders and entertaining us with a soft, sweet melody..
A very special "Thank You" to Regenia Brabham for the nomination!! It is much appreciated.

The slight tilt of the head as if to ask himself, what is she doing? Marvelous shot!

What a beautiful photo of the grosbeak, we do not see these birds here. The title says it all ... I voted : )
