A few weeks before I left Rome and headed back home for the holidays, Fred and I happened upon the yearly festival held in the beautiful Umbrian village of San Gemini. Festive flags lined the streets and several of the locals wore medieval costumes. Everywhere I looked there were wonderful photographic opportunities. To say the least, I took loads of pictures that day.
