We stepped outside to a veranda of sorts on the 2nd floor of the state capitol building in Lincoln Nebraska on a cold and windy day.
It was shortly before a press conference about LB 239 a voter registration bill that would prohibit poor folks from voting because they had no drivers license or state ID, this bill had the potential to affect some 130,000+ individuals, most of which were elder people who had voted all their lives..The bill never made it out of committee and was thusly tabled..so a small victory for the PEOPLE...
This photograph was shot towards the courtyard area of the capitol in Lincoln Nebraska and features 10 windows looking seen through a sizable arch.
