this was my first thought when i read the title of this challenge.... my #1 winter comfort... cheese toastie!!! fab with a bowl of chicken noodle soup!!!

I have always called those a grilled cheese. They are great with soup. Add a little pimento and it will really rock. Great shot! Great entry.

yeah regenia, i think the name depends on where you're from.... a country radio station here has an ad that says " you might be from decatur if you call a grilled cheese a cheese toastie"!!
