This is an amazing experience for me, while cooking in my friend Moni and Pedro's house at Chile. Innes, the friend of Moni ( In the picture) visited with her family and children on the day of Indian cooking.She was interested to know about Indian cooking methods. We cooked Chicken masala, Dal makhni, Fish curry and fried rice. Fortunately all the dish cameout well. All were happy to have Indian dish. Great day for me......
