I love shooting details in addition to establishing scene shots ,especially when shooting weddings and spot news.
In shooting spot news I immediately shoot the drama un-folding then the satellite photos. Always shoot the action and reaction shots first in spot news and then worry about the overall scene as an establishing shot because it will go nowhere but when the drama is taking place if you shoot vice-versa, you matters well turn in your press credentials!
