This was taken at the Goldmine Ghost town in Arizona. The gun fight was a lot of fun.

    Is that shot from the gun I see in the photo, if so you were in a dangerous spot! Nice photo, but be careful around firearms!

    Uh, oh...do I hear the theme from "Gunsmoke!" Matt Dillon will certainly dispatch this varmint to Boot Hill. Great, umm, shot ;-) Love the old fashioned toning treatment you gave to the image, as well as the fact the shootin' iron shows above the gunsmoke.

    It's a great image,I love everything about it but I have to ask,,,, what was your distance? I do gunfights as well,, here in Texas, we have safety rules and distances,,,,, We would not have allowed you to be in that position, unless you had a long lense. The is powder that still is expelled from the weapon,, and in the case of crimped blanks,, they sometimes have a small piece break off, it could put out an eye,,,,,, And,, sadly,,, not all reenactors do a decent safety check,,, sometimes something will end up in the barrel, or worse ,,a live round,,,,
