Q: My sister in-law recently gave me a Canon EOS 10D digital camera body. Having only used point and shoot cameras, what would be a good beginners lens to get for this camera? Should I get kit lens to start with?

A: Do you know?

I was out shooting one day and decided to explore this one fort in SF which can only be described as sketchy. It was deserted at the time, but seemed haunted by the history of people who had passed by over the years. The doors were locked shut with large rusted padlocks and broken beer bottles littered the floor. It gave me a very sad and depressing feeling and as I walked by these barred windows, I noticed this sticker. Needless to say it was a poignant moment that I had to capture.
