Two weeks ago we had our Winter Festival here in our community. We have strong Winters here in Quebec, although this year, it is quite mild in comparison to other years.
This is a river where people skate for miles, go sledding down hills, ski doo, go on their 4 wheelers. There are hot dog stands, refreshment stands, the kids love it as well as the adults who accompany them . This is only a small part of the festival, but it gives you an idea of what goes on in our fair Province of Quebec, Canada, in the Wintertime !

Photo draws in the observer. The fact that the event takes place on a frozen river adds some excitement to it. I would like to experience this for myself.
