This is a special dedication from my heart today for my sweet friend, Carol Holmes. Carol lost her husband Monday Feb. 20 so keep her in your thoughts. This is called, 'I Am Here'. Carol is an artist who uses birds and very moving images in her art. I wrote this for her this morning:
I am here because a memory is something that can't be taken away.
I am here in every rustling of feather on the tips of wings when birds take flight and when they sing their songs in the morning light.
I am here in everything beautiful, in your heart and in your art. So use bold brush strokes and I will be the colors on your canvas, for memories are art in our heart.
I am here, so that you can remember the colors of happiness. <3
