This is the salad I made last night and it was a meal in itself. I love fresh vegetables and hope to have a good garden this summer.

I eat very little meat at all, so this wonderful salad looks very tasty and tempting to me!! I love all the colors and different textures. Tonight I'm making one to go with the vegetarian pasta. Wonderful photo, Andrea!
