The gentleman who lived here was the inventor of many things. He invented the plume, which we see at amusement parks. It is the "log" which we sit in and go over a waterfall to the large pool of water below. I had the pleasure of knowing him and his lovely wife. The property is now for sale, since they have passed on. It's always been one of my favorite homes....it's a cape, and the land which goes with it overlooks the bay in East Blue Hill, Maine.
