Q: I am really into my wildlife photography but cannot afford a super zoom lens, I have a 300mm and am considering a teleconvertor. Has anybody had a experience with these and would you recommend them?

A: Do you know?

Hey your not official press corp photographer like the guys behind the lines. You frontline shooters are not our allies so I´d watch your steps mister photographer man as your getting a little to close for your own good...get my meaning.

As for this series of photos taken at the crossroads of life found at the intersection of hostility & peaceful demonstration here in Barcelona. I witnessed plenty of history in the making at that very moment. BTW, I got hit by rubber bullets, threatened by an anarchist only because he happen to be in the way of my P.O.V. got choked up by tear gas, which is not the greatest tasting substance or really good on the eyes, that is for certain. So much more happened that I can´t even recall all of those moments yet somehow we all survived the chaos & pandemonium. I am not certain or even sure if any of it really meant a damn in the end as far as good governance goes.
