Q: My sister in-law recently gave me a Canon EOS 10D digital camera body. Having only used point and shoot cameras, what would be a good beginners lens to get for this camera? Should I get kit lens to start with?

A: Do you know?

I took this photo when I was 12-years old with a $10.00 Kodak Magamatic camera with
the flashcubes. I dressed up my do Rusty as Santa. I shot this on 126 cartrdge slide film.
From this point on I made up my mine I wanted to be a photographer. I know the quality is yucky but it's my first photo I ever took and I just thought it would be fun tossing it in this category. Michael Asaro photo 1972 C
