This bright image appeared to me visiting the church of the Capuchins in Padua in the square in Santa Croce, where rests the remains of St. Leopold Mandic, the second most popular saint of Padua, after San Antonio. The church and the whole is of modest proportions, but you can enjoy an atmosphere of peace and serenity unmatched and the presence of the saint is felt at every moment.
Father Leopoldo was the father confessor for life and had the highest accolades for his tireless work. He was canonized by Pope John Paul 2 nd in 1983, who visited these places from a simple devout pilgrim. The photo depicts the passage of the confessional, where the Capuchins continue with the work of the holy fervor, bringing comfort to the many people who visit the shrine from all over Europe.
