Upper Air Observatory, Green Bay WI

My partner is a weather fanatic. I took this shot when we stopped to check out a National Weather Service Station on our way to a concert in Green Bay Wisconsin. The building is used to launch Weather balloons called a radiosonde. I achieved the effect with 120 black and white film and a red filter.
