He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing bringing his sheaves with him..
Psalms 126: 6

Beyond its prime
The dandelion weed
For a length of time,
Is weeping seed
To die upon the stem,
As an old ragged doll.
Alas it will return again...
To leave its gold to all...
Poetry by me, AJP

Today I could not help but notice this old dandelion weed that had gone to seed.... Maybe it is my wild imagination but I thought it had a striking resemblance to an old ragged doll..It was just a tiny little weed and I am not sure why I took time to see it as different or to shoot a picture of it...

A very lovely macro of this dandee-lion.. it really looks like a raggedy ann doll, too. Although I don`t like them, because they are so prolific, this one makes for a very striking image!

You shot a photo of it because it is interesting to you, and it is very interesting. It does resemble a raggedy ann doll somewhat!
