Lift up your heads,...and the king of glory shall come in...Psalms 24: 7

I decided to do a macro shot through the window of the male Rose-breasted Grosbeak...He had been acting a bit swoony today ruffling up his head, etc. and it might be because his mate arrived...The females always come a little later than the males when they migrate..However, I notice he has competition as another male grosbeak
was fighting with him on the feeder when just the day before, either he or his competition and a male Baltimore Oriole were eating peacefully together on the feeder.

Focal length 300mm/ macro
F-Number F/16
Exposure Time 1/100 sec.
ISO Speed ISO 800

Thank you everyone...This bird was acting unusually tame today...and he didn't seem to be nervous of my fact it turned its head from side to side obligingly as though it were posing and listening every time I shot the picture. Needless to say I was that isn't always the case with wild birds.
Our window is only a foot away from the bird feeder so I am sure they see me..
