This was a very challenging shot for me to do outside this evening... It is not perfect...I would have preferred that its beak was showing with more wing span but I will try again until I get it right...I am just glad that it let me get as close as it did and I hope to get even closer in the future when it is more used to my presence. As anyone knows who have tried shooting pictures of hummingbirds they are incredibly tiny and fast....

    Thank you all for your comments. I wanted to take some pictures of it this morning but woke up to lots of rain pouring down...Hopefully the hummingbird found shelter away from the storm.
